Apple on May 12, 2026 announced the introduction of AI-generated virtual instructors within its Apple Sales Coach training application, marking a further expansion of the company’s use of artificial intelligence in workforce development.
The new feature enables the creation of personalized short-form sales training videos tailored to employees’ product focus, language preferences, and skill levels, and will be made available to Apple’s global network of channel and retail partners.
According to the company, the system dynamically generates training content based on real-time needs, allowing for faster updates and more localized delivery across different markets. Each AI-generated video will be clearly labeled as “AI-generated,” while content planning and quality control will remain under the supervision of Apple’s internal training teams, ensuring consistency with brand standards and messaging.
The rollout builds on existing AI capabilities already embedded in the Apple Sales Coach platform, including an AI-powered question-and-answer feature designed to support frontline staff with product knowledge and sales guidance. By integrating generative AI into its training workflows, Apple aims to improve efficiency, reduce production timelines, and expand access to customized learning resources at scale.
The new functionality is being gradually deployed starting immediately through an app update, with availability expanding across regions in phases.
