Agile Defense, a U.S.-based digital transformation and cybersecurity company, has secured a new contract through the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Tradewinds acquisition ecosystem to support enterprise-level mission operations within the organization’s Enterprise Mission Area.

The contract, structured as a Prototype Other Transaction Authority (OTA) award, carries an initial value of $2 million over a one-year performance period. Under the agreement, Agile Defense will design, build, and lead implementation teams to develop enterprise agentic AI workflows within operational environments. The objective is to evaluate real-world mission effectiveness and help shape how advanced AI models are integrated into defense workflows across the Department of War (DOW).

Company leadership emphasized that the initiative goes beyond experimental pilots and focuses on scalable, durable deployment of agentic AI systems within mission-critical settings. Mike Pansky, Chief Transformation Officer at Agile Defense, said the program reflects growing trust in the company’s AI capabilities and its ability to deliver operational efficiencies at scale for government clients.

The work will support broader efforts by the CDAO to accelerate responsible AI adoption across defense operations, particularly in areas where automation and intelligent workflows can enhance decision-making, data processing, and mission execution.

Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, Agile Defense provides digital transformation, cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI solutions for national security and civilian missions, with more than 1,500 employees globally.
