Optilogic, a leader in AI-powered supply chain optimization, today announced the full release of Ada — an agentic AI system that transforms how supply chains are modeled, analyzed, and continuously optimized.
The announcement was made at Optilogic's annual user conference in Detroit, attended by more than 300 customers, partners, and industry leaders.
Ada enables supply chain teams to move from slow, manual processes to a rapid and continuous design cycle. The system automatically performs data cleansing, model building, scenario analysis, and insight implementation, while maintaining strategic control with human teams. With a built-in chat interface, users at all levels — from executives to planners — can interact with Ada, receiving instant answers and actionable analytics.
"Historically, supply chain design has been slow and inaccessible," said Don Hicks, CEO of Optilogic. "Ada changes that by making design continuous and collaborative, turning it into a competitive advantage."
Following an early adopter program with more than 40 customers, Ada demonstrated its ability to enhance supply chain resilience. Felipe Moreira, head of supply chain and integration at Amazon Brazil, said: "Optilogic equips us with AI and optimization tools to ensure a more resilient future."
Ada autonomously handles the most labor-intensive tasks, while human judgment remains key at every stage. Andrea Paciaroni, senior director at Accenture, emphasized: "An era of rampant unpredictability demands supply chains designed for resilience. Optilogic's AI craft gives teams the confidence to act, not just analyze."
Designed to explore hundreds of strategic alternatives, prepare playbooks for disruption scenarios, and provide executives with rapid insights, Ada turns supply chain teams into active consultants rather than back-office operators. This launch is the first in a series of AI-driven innovations from Optilogic, strengthening its integrated platform that combines agentic AI, mathematical optimization, and simulation.
