
Cirrus has been named UK and Ireland AI Partner of the Year by NiCE at the company’s 2026 EMEA Partner Summit held in Marrakech, marking a significant milestone for the UK-based contact centre transformation specialist as demand for AI-driven customer experience solutions accelerates.
The award recognises Cirrus’ performance in 2025, during which it played a leading role in helping organisations integrate artificial intelligence and automation into their customer service operations. According to the judging panel, the company stood out for both the scale and impact of its deployments across the region.
Over the past year, Cirrus secured more customer experience AI deals for NiCE products in the UK and Ireland than any other partner. This included the largest CX AI contract in the region, as well as a major agreement with the UK’s largest local authority council, underscoring its growing influence in the public sector and enterprise markets.
Chief Executive Officer Jason Roos described the recognition as a defining moment for the company, highlighting the team’s sustained efforts to expand its capabilities and deliver measurable results for clients. He noted that Cirrus’ partnership with NiCE has strengthened its ability to support organisations seeking reliable and scalable AI solutions at a time when confidence in deployment remains a key concern.
NiCE International President Darren Rushworth said Cirrus demonstrated strong leadership in bringing AI-powered customer experience solutions to market, citing its ability to generate meaningful outcomes for customers while maintaining a clear focus on innovation. He added that the partnership continues to deliver tangible impact for organisations adopting CX AI technologies.
Cirrus began its CXone collaboration with NiCE in November 2024 and has since rapidly advanced within the partner ecosystem. The company was previously named Game Changer Partner of the Year for 2025 and achieved Platinum Partner status in February 2026 under the NiCE 360 SUCCEED Program, the highest tier awarded to partners demonstrating consistent delivery quality, customer success, and long-term value creation.
The latest recognition further consolidates Cirrus’ position as a key player in the UK and Ireland’s evolving AI-driven customer experience landscape, as organisations increasingly prioritise automation and intelligent service platforms to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
