FORE Enterprise has unveiled early access to FORE Real, an AI-driven property management platform developed from within a commercial real estate environment, marking a notable shift in how artificial intelligence is being integrated into the sector. The launch, announced on May 14, 2026, follows close collaboration with Pegasus, a real estate wealth advisory firm overseeing $4 billion in assets and managing approximately 400 properties across 37 U.S. states.
Designed to address long-standing operational inefficiencies, FORE Real introduces a suite of AI agents built to streamline core property management functions, from tenant communications to tax optimization. Unlike many existing solutions developed primarily by technologists, the platform was shaped directly by real estate operators, a factor Pegasus CEO David Chasin said significantly improves its relevance and usability. He noted that the platform’s accuracy and execution stand out in an industry often challenged by a disconnect between software developers and end users.
FORE Real distinguishes itself by offering an integrated system rather than isolated tools. Among its core features is an AI-powered property tax appeal function that enables managers to challenge tax assessments without relying on external consultants, potentially reducing costs. The platform also includes an insurance compliance agent that evaluates tenant coverage against lease requirements, identifies discrepancies, and generates outreach to mitigate liability risks.
In addition, its lease abstraction capability transforms complex lease agreements into concise, structured summaries highlighting key financial and legal terms. Tenant communication is also automated through AI-assisted responses to routine inquiries, with human oversight ensuring quality control before messages are sent. By operating through common channels such as email and text, the system aims to improve response times and engagement compared to traditional portals.
Tyler Hochman, CEO and founder of FORE Enterprise, emphasized that each AI component was designed to address real-world challenges faced daily by property managers. He added that the platform integrates seamlessly into existing workflows rather than requiring firms to overhaul their operations.

Following its internal deployment with Pegasus, FORE Enterprise is now expanding access to the broader commercial real estate market. Company executives say the platform’s design allows for rapid adoption by other firms seeking to enhance efficiency, reduce risk exposure, and optimize financial performance.
Jack Schoenfeld, Chief Growth Officer at FORE and head of FORE Real, highlighted that the collaboration with Pegasus enabled the company to build a turnkey solution tailored to industry-wide needs. He expressed confidence that the platform can deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency while driving cost savings, particularly in property tax management.
The launch reflects a broader trend of embedding AI deeper into traditional industries, with commercial real estate emerging as a key area for innovation as firms seek to modernize operations and improve profitability in an increasingly data-driven landscape.
